I am pretty sure this is the coldest day yet this winter. It is so cold that normal motor skills (like getting your keys out of your bag) are troubling.. and strange. Getting out of bed is soooo hard and if I think about longer than 1.5 seconds it won't happen, so I just bolted out of bed this morning... and worked out. They have done a phased approach to the email transition here in our office, and now I am hearing the pains of others that are having to go through the same thing that I did last week, in the cubes next to me. I would never wish that pain on anyone... and I completely am compasionate. I am finally starting to shed the holiday weight that I gained. My skin is getting back to normal and my clothes are not painful to put on anymore!!! YAY!!! 76890
